Take A Survey For The Ninja

Take this survey.

Or he will not enjoy killing you.

(This is help us figure out who is coming to the site and how they are interacting with it. We are considering advertising, but only if we can do it in a cool and nonintrusive way. And if we do advertise, we'll have an option where you can recieve no ads as well.)

I don't mind filling out a servey, but this asks some unnecisary (somewhat advertising oriented I feel) questions.

Still filled it out though, great podcast.

Great podcast I LOVE it! But the survey SUCKS! I mean, what do you care how many times I went to the movies in the past year or how much money I spend on computer equipment? I did finish it however, but I'm not into the idea of advetising. I may chose not to watch the podcast if I is filled with adds!

I can understand that you may enjoy the idea of using ads on your site. However, as long as they are not IN the podcast. I'm fine. Banner ads I'm fine with and even if the ninja did a little write up on how this ... shampoo gave him away on a mission cause it smelled so nice. It might just be fun to poke at the advertizers and get a laugh from the advertizers.

I understand the need for money to fund a podcast. Rental of the camera and stuff.. However, perhaps you should find a less painful way of getting your veiwers to give up there market stance.

When they asked "How much confidence would you have in the host(s) of this podcast’s views about products or services in the following categories?" I was upset that none of these were listed:
* Instruments for killing
* Assassination services
* Death books, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, cassetes, and 8-track tapes
* Cooking recipes or products
* Monkeys

However, all of the "products or services" listed were usable for killing; I have high confidence in the Ninja's views of them, for that purpose.

The survey wasn't the most exciting thing to fill out but I understand why you need it. Hopefully you can find a way to continue putting out "Ask A Ninja" free to the public with minimal ads.

Have you ever heard of "Piracy is Good!"? Its a presentation that was given in Austrailia a few months (possibily a year) ago and was put up for downloading. I got it through Bit Torrent - if you haven't seen it, perhaps it might be something you might want to see as it has to do with the changing scope of the business model of current tv and the growth of bit torrent as a medium to deliver content.
